Charles is an experienced energy auditor who travels all over the country to help homeowners improve the efficiency of their homes. Prior to becoming an energy auditor, Charles worked in the oil field for many years. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and has been hunting since he was seven years old. He also enjoys camping and guiding hunting trips. Alongside his cousin Justin and Uncle Robert, Charles runs Everett & Sons Outfitting, one of the most successful hunting guide companies in Texas. In addition to his love of the outdoors, Charles is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to providing top-quality services to his clients.

Justin is a skilled home builder and dedicated general manager for one of the top custom home builders in the United States. Born and raised in Texas, Justin has always had a strong connection to the outdoors and a passion for helping others. From a young age, he enjoyed hunting and camping, and has since turned his love of the outdoors into a successful career as a hunting guide, running Everett & Sons Outfitting alongside his cousin Charles and father Robert.
